Measure furniture outside arm to outside arm.

There is no need to measure, unless you are unsure
whether you have a loveseat or sofa. Generally, if three people can sit
comfortably on your furniture, it's a sofa. We make only one sofa
size, so there's no guessing. It's a one-size-fits-all product for any
standard sofa between 74" and 96". Most sofas are 84" or 7 feet. If you
have extra fabric, you simply tuck it in.

NEW! Furniture Falsies!
Now there's a solution for those with petite-armed furniture. Specially-designed armpads, called Furniture Falsies, are crafted of upholstery foam in the shape of an overstuffed arm. When placed on top of a small arm and tucked into the crevices of the furniture to secure, Furniture Falsies improve the look and fit of a slip cover.

Common Terms
T-cushions - Covers for "t-cushion" furniture. Typically available in several colors of cotton
duck, as well as Suede saddle and sand.
Sectionals - Usually each sectional section comes with right and left arm attachments
for flexibility. Whether you choose the 2 or 3 seat design, every option
is covered by including separate arms in every package--one for a right
arm and one for a left. No arms? No problem. You don't need to use
either arm cover!
Dining chairs without arms - Dining chair cover with arms are not common. You can, however, open up the seams on the
regular dining chair cover, slip the arms through, and velcro together
the openings for an easy-on/easy-off, customized cover.
Seat Cushion Covers - Separate seat
cushion or back cushion covers are not commonly available, however, you can purchase 3-yard fabric
cuts of most slipcover patterns and make your own.
Reclining
furniture – we do have a cover for small and large recliner chairs. Our
regular one piece slipcovers do not fit reclining loveseats or sofas,
however, the new sectional cover does come in a reclining version and
may be used for this purpose.
Furniture with no
arms – If your upholstered furniture has no arms, you can likely use
sectional covers which usually come with a pair of optional arm covers. Commonly
available in a loveseat and sofa size, as well as a wedge shape
chair size.
Small
chairs – the regular one piece chair cover is usually too big for very
small arm chairs. A professional
seamstress can usually create a semi-custom cover for you. You can even use
your own fabric in many cases. It will usually consist of a loose fit cover for the body of
the chair and a separate seat cushion cover.
