At any time during our store hours, you may call and place an order by phone (413) 528-9737. You will receive the 15% off "outlet" pricing. If we have the item in store, we will send it out immediately via FedEx Ground delivery. Please have your credit card information ready. If you live in Massachusetts, you must pay an additional 5% sales tax.

Special Orders
If we don't have something in stock, we can order it for you. It takes approximately 10-14 days to arrive, at which time, we call you to let you know it's in. You may then return to the store to purchase, or we can send your merchandise via FEDEX Ground to your home. If Sure Fit is out of an item, it could be several weeks before we receive inventory on that item. We will keep you informed of the status of your order. Note: We can never guarantee the receipt of an item within a specific time frame, but most items ship within 1-3 weeks.

We use only UPS Ground. The cost of shipping depends on the dollar amount ordered:

Returning an Order
You have 30 days to return merchandise in sellable condition with original packaging and receipt. If you would like to mail your return, please include the item and its original packaging, a copy of your receipt, a note explaining why you are returning the item, and your address so we can mail you a return receipt. Your package must be trackable! Send via the post office with delivery confirmation or UPS. Mail your package to: LThome , 340 Stockbridge Road (Route 7) Gt. Barrington, MA 01230.
